Fox Appliance Complaint - Horrible Customer Service

FAIRMOUNT, INDIANA -- After discussing my problem with the man on the phone, we both agreed the washer needed a belt, so they don't carry any belts in stock so he ordered one. got it in yesterday. I went home and put it on and still didn't work. I found out it was the transmission. tried to take the belt back but he flat out refused, saying its my belt now.. all yours.. (I had the receipt and everything) guess I should have paid by check
