We purchased a Lorelei sofa exactly a year ago. The service and communication with the company was superb! Hard to find that these days. We were always able to talk to directly to those handling our order which had to be delivered during the very busy Christmas season. A year later the sofa looks great - like the first day we got it. The fabric is wonderful, and it's by far the most comfortable sofa in our house. When it comes time to replace our older pieces, we will definitely order from Simplicity's line.
