Comcast Corporation Compliment - Highly satisfaction with service rec
I'm writing this to praise the courtesy hard work and dedication of the personnel that I got in contact to have my TV service upgraded. The willingness, hard work and dedication demonstrated by the Phone Customer Service Rep Ilse, the Analyst I met thru the Live Chat, Edsel (TCNV with CMS, ID29776) and The sales girl Damiann. It is refreshing to find people like those three persons taking the time to explain, talk and reolve your issues and deal with all the frustration, and some times anger, that is present after you confront so many things of daily life you carry and take to a communication like this, where you want your questions and issues resolved inmediately. Those persons gave me the sensation that on the other side of the line was a person that understood my feelings.
Comcast should have present this people when reviewing or qualifying their Customer Service Group.
