Apple Computer Inc Complaint - APPLE - IPOD NANO 5TH GENERATION
NEW, IDAHO -- We purchase an ipod nano 5th generation and brought it home thinking it would sync with our itunes account we had previously we had purchase the 4th generation and it had gotten destroyed. The bad new was itunes will not reconnize the new one. well we have contacted their support several times and they can not get it to work. We call the store we purchase it from and since it had been 14 days they would not take it back. We was told to contact Apple upon doing this they was suppose to send us a box to send it to them, but needless to say we have not received nothing. My THING IS WE ARE OUT 150 BUCKS FOR NOTHING. If you buy anything through this company make sure it works if not return it within 14 days or you are going to get took.
