Orbitz Complaint - Middle Man And Nothing More
It was during the December blizzard of 2010. I bought the ticket in the beginning of the month. I got to my destination well enough. The first leg of my return flight was cancelled due to inclement weather. The airline ended up helping me more than the operator in India was willing. They (and yes, I tried more than one) kept giving me the run around about how the reservation belonged to the airline. I spoke to the airline, and ten minutes later I had a return flight through another carrier.
My advice, use Orbitz to find the price, then go straight through the airline. You might find a better deal. The service will be, at least more direct.
