Blue Oval Car Rentals Complaint - Blue Oval Car Rental Conduct

CALIFORNIA -- In March 2010, an employee of Blue Oval Car Rentals of Anaheim Calif. hit me in a company car while I was parked at a service station. The Company assured me (employee Sean Raza) they would pay the costs of the damage to my car. They have occasionally answered my emails, ignore phone calls and for almost a year have refused to make good. What kind of operation do they run there?

They're hoping that you will eventually stop bothering them. You should have contacted your insurance company immediately, but it's probably too late now for their help. You can always try small claims court.

This is a good time to warn others to immediately contact their insurance company, as soon as any type of accident occurs. It seems the person who is at fault, always swears at the scene, they will pay out of pocket, and then you never hear from them again.

Small claims sounds like your best bet. I hope you at least called the police, so you have an accident report on hand.
