ILLINOIS -- In Dec, 2004 I came across an ad for a product that offered great things. Wrinkles just disappear! They had an offer for a free jar for just $5.95 shipping. You just had to agree to auto-ship program. Well, I recieved the nexiderm and used it a couple of times. My face broke out horribly everywhere I had used the cream. I e-mailed the company and they said okay, no problem.We will cancel your autoship. In March of 2005 I recieve a jar of nexiderm! Plus a charge of $95.90 on my credit card. I called and the guy said that they had no record of my cancellation. When I asked why it took three months to realize that they had no record, he just said my card refused the charges.I returned the cream at my expense and waited for the refund. Three weeks after they had recieved the returned product I called about the refund. The guy told me that they had tried to refund but my card had refused the credit, and they would try again in 2-3 weeks. My credit card company said that they would not ever deny a credit coming in so I figure that it is just another put off. Are they that hard up for money to cheat people? Makes you wonder huh?

I have the same problem.. I did not see anything on the website saying I was enrolling in a monthly club... I only thought I was getting a trial sample.. When I received the first monthly shipment, I immediately sent it back saying I never joined... But they say I did ... and there are not refunds if not returned within 14 days... My account is still being looked at by a supervisor or something.. That was a month and a half ago... Terrible consumer relations... Too me it is fraud how they conduct their website...
