t-mobile Complaint - no rebate
ILLINOIS -- When I signed up for my cell phone I was promised two rebates. One within 60 days and another when I had paid three consecutive bills. Well I fudged on the first and just never sent it in. The second one I sent in as soon as I paid my third bill. Two months have passed and now they sent me a letter stating that the post mark on the rebate was not correct. I cant wait for August to get here so that I can cancel T-Mobile. If you are not going to honor your rebates then do not offer them. I was told that I needed to send in the rebate two days earlier when I actually got my third bill. No dates were ever mentioned just when you had paid your third bill. How convenient!
