Dish Network Complaint - Dirty Dish Network!
VIRGINIA -- I was a direct TV customer for 5 years without any technical issues what so ever. The only thing I would have changed was the price. My horrible experience with dish proves "u get just what you pay 4" I switched to Dish network after relocating to another home, and only because my new construction home DID NOT OFFER VERIZON FiOS TV(at the time), I have Verizon internet and phone, although hesitant, I went with DISH cable out of desperation. I have four TV's and receivers that rely on each other for signals. It is so confusing and if something goes wrong the tech support is God AWEFUL..unable to understand or clearly hear the automated voices....I simply played a DVD movie as my TV worked fine prior to this. After the movie I was unable to get back into cable TV mode...remote had somehow reprogram itself not to work. ooh and my TV powers off randomly all the time without any reason. I spent several hours trying to resolve my issue with a representative via internet and over the phone and we tried everything. I will be billed 15 dollars when a tech comes out a day from now aand who's to say I was even at fault? I'll never use DISH again and would rather pay more else where. unprofessional staff, that's smokin and talkin on cell phone while working how trashy!
