PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- FROM WORKING AT BELL RD TOYOTA I HAVE SEEN IT ALL. CUSTOMER CARS BEING WRECKED TO WORK SOLD AND AND NOT PERFORMED TO WORK PERFORMED AND VEHICLE LEFT JUST TO DRIVE HOME AND BREAK DOWN IN THE DRIVEWAY I WAS A TECH AT BELL RD AND FROM DAY TO DAY I HAVE SEEN AND HERD SALES MEN PRESSURE CUSTOMERS SO HARD BY TELLING THEM THAT THEY WASTED ALL THAT TIME FOR NOTHING.AND DONT FORGET THE THE POORMAN WHO SHOT HIMSELF ON THE FRONT SHOWROOM FLOOR BECAUSE HE WANTED OUT OF THE DEAL AND THEY TOLD HIM WE CANT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT. I HAVE ALSO SEEN CUSTOMERS DRIVE INTO THE DEALERSHIP IN A GOOD MOOD BUT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING AND TALK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER AND LEAVE VERY ANGRY. BASICLY THE SERVICE MANAGER MARK BROOMALLHAS BEEN THERE FOR SO LONG ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS RUNNING HIS TOYHAULER RENTAL BUSINESS FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND DOES NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT TECHS OR CUSTOMERS I DONT KNOW HOW THIS GUY STILL HAS A JOB.I BET THAT IF YOU BROUGHT YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE GOT THE PRICE TO FIX AND THEN CALLED AROUND TO THE OTHER DEALERS FOR A PRICE THEY WOULD BE CHEAPER TO DO THE SAME JOB. AS FAR AS WARRENTY WORK GOES I BET THAT YOU WILL AT LEAST BE BACK 2-3 TIMES BEFORE THE PROBLEM IS FIXED. SO IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR OR THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THEN BY ALL MEANS GO TO BELL RD TOYOTA BUT DONT GET MAD WHEN I SAY I TOLD YOU SO. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER TOYOTA DEALERS IN THE VALLEY I WOULD RECOMEND THEM FIRST

Ahh, ye ol disgruntled ex-employee complaint. I can’t take much stock in biased reports, even if it was coherent.
