Knology Compliment - Good Customer Sevice
I just wanted to give this company a good review as I know many companies only get the bad ones. Recently I was laid off as many Americans are feeling that crunch lately and I called Knology to see if there was anything that could be done about my price. I had to let some of my extras go like my movie channels, but the people on the phone were willing to give me a discount due to my situation. I use to have Comcast and I remeber one time calling them and they basically told me they could not help me and when I mentioned switching they told me to do what I had to do.
Even though the automated system at times can be confusing if you just listen to it you will get to the right department and avoids being transferred. Thanks for the help.
