Tulle4us.com Complaint - Tulle is terrible in every way

On or about 12/03/10 I made a purchase and was unavailable to receive the package, so the carrier sent it back to the seller. The seller (Tulle4us. con) received the package but failed to issue a refund. After 1 month and 4 emails later (no customer service line available)I am still waiting to get my money back. Needless to say that their product is of poor quality and it takes a long time to process orders, or to process anything in general. If you have regard for your money, sanity and time do not buy at tulle4us.com

I will most certain not use this site ever and will assure my friends and family know about it too. You may do some more research and find out about other people's bad experience with the aforementioned site.

How do you know the product is of poor quality if you never received it? Seems like you would have cut out a lot of aggravation if you would have been home to receive the package.

It's not needless to say that the product is of poor quality, because you ordered from them. If you know the quality is poor (even though you never received this particular order) why would you order from them?
