Sylvania Complaint - No Customer Service - Sylvania LCD TV

TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA -- I treate myself to a Sylvania TV exactly two years ago. From day one none of the codes worked with the cable remote, not Comcast nor direct TV and not Fios. I have tried multiple times to get Sylvania to respond to this problem. NO response. Last spring the remote stopped turning on the TV. It means getting up to turn it on and off. Still no word when I got in touch with Sylvania. I would never buy their product again. In fact I do not even want it for FREE. I could live without this headache
