Tixx.com Complaint - Worst Experience - Ticket Reseller

This is one of the worst experiences I have had buying anything online. The owner never answers the phone or returns my calls in a timely fashion. I bought tickets for a Heat game months ago, for games in October 2010 and March 2011. After having to call over and over again without an answer, and leaving several messages, the owner *finally* returns my call and even though it's only a few days before the game and I was supposed to have received my tickets 2 weeks before he doesn't offer an apology or explanation and tells me he's going to overnight the tickets at no extra charge. He sends them to the wrong address, even after I confirmed it for him TWICE. I had to miss 2 days of work so that I could wait for the delivery, then drive an hour away to the Fedex office so I could get them. When I called to complain he did not return my calls AGAIN. I started to post my story online, and hey, what do you know? He finally calls me back, and asks me WHAT MY PROBLEM IS, since I got the tickets. He said he was busy with the world series and blamed some girl that works in the office (I have never spoken to a girl) and asks me what I want to do about it. I asked for an apology, and I wanted the tickets for the lakers game sent immediately or my money refunded. He said yeah, promised to call me as soon as he finished with the world series thing, told me he was going to fire the girl (was he expecting sympathy?) and then I haven't heard from him since. I will NEVER do business with this place. Go to Stub Hub or even craigslist or eBay for your tickets. It is not worth all the anxiety he has put me through.

The other game I bought tickets for is this Thursday. Despite numerous calls/emails I have still not been able to contact Tom Wilson and it's Monday. This is despite his earlier promise to resolve the issue back in October.
