I always liked your product until I buy the packets and they all stick together and you have garbage they are to expensive to throw away when you try to pull them apart they just break open

This may sound silly, but it works. I sometimes had that same problem, and all I do is put the box in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, and they all unstick. Between them leaving the factory and getting to where we purchase them, they may be in places that are hot, so because they are so thin and sort of sticky, they tend to stick together. Whatever the reason, a quick one time chill should do the trick.

Great advice, Skye!
I guess that's why we keep you around :)

Neat idea Skye. I at one time bought Cascade in the box, which was all that was available at the time, but for the past several years have purchased the liquid. Every now and again I'll get a bottle that's the dickens to open. If I ever get the top off I don't put it back on. If you can find a solution to that one I'd appreciate it.

Thanks NH. I feel your pain, the bottle tops of Cascade are a pain to get off. I usually use my rubber gripper or if that has mysteriously disappeared, which I believe it likes to take trips out of my house, I'll use my trusty reliable Playtex rubber gloves to get the top off the liquid bottle.

What is it with all the complaints about opening stuff? I do not understand.

I know right, exercise those biceps. (Im repsonding to JKT, and not to demean the OP)

Obviously you've not been there JKT. With Cascade it's line up the arrows, push down and twist. Simple enough for anyone.. that is until you buy one of those that apparently wasn't lined up properly. I understand they are to be child proof caps but it does get aggravating if you buy one you can't get the top off of.
