NIOBRARA, NEBRASKA -- Bought a phone in August 2004 Broke the phone in March 2005. Went the Jones Communictions my Cellone Rep. Told a rep what happened. He helped me file the insurance claim. Couple days later recieved a call for the insurcane claim. Saying i don't have insurance. Called Jones Comm back told them i was just informed. So he said i will look into this and find out why. Called his people. Said i didn't have insurance. So he one uped them. He called his DSM and CSM got my orignial serive agreement from his DSM then faxed it over to his CSM. the CSM fixed the problem the only thing i had was call and file a claim again. Few weeks later i recieved my new phone.
So the cellone in GA might be bad but the one in Nebraska isn't
