Bob's Discount Furniture Complaint - Faulty product/ Unprofessional Attitude
ROUTE 17, PARAMUS, NEW JERSEY -- On November 27 I purchased a Meridian bedroom set along with the delivery package. December 8th the product was delivered. The bedset could not be set up because the headboard was a queen size and the foot board a twin. The second delivery was set up for December 18th since there was no other available date and the process of scheduling is long complicated and non-negotiable. The new delivery parts arrived but the Meridian bedset could not be set up by the team because the holes on the bedrails did not line up with the hooks on the headboard and footboard. At that point I was furious and asked the team to return the product. They refused saying that they were unable to do this as this was not their instruction.
I scheduled a pick up for Tuesday December 26. I received a call from an automated machine saying that because of the snowstorm I must call and reschedule. I went to the Bob's store on in Paramus Route 17 and spoke with the manager who refused to give me his full name. His first name is Tim (Vioellentte)He was rude, unapologetic and disrespectful. He said that he is not Bob and if I have a problem then I can sue Bob. He failed to acknowledge that I fully paid for services since November 27th and to date January 3rd their product is still in my home and NO Refund as yet.
BOB'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE SUBSTANDARD AND UNPROFESSIONAL. No one should buy their products. I am willing to substantiate any claim I have made here.
