Expedia.com Complaint - Stranded

I had an email confirmation of my flight but when I got to the airport with my 3 kids and husband, no flight had been booked. After being on hold for over 2 hrs Expedia said sorry can't help you. Imagine I am stuck in Reno with my 3 kids with no flight home to Boston on one of the busiest travel weekends. Never again!

Makes you wonder what good is a confirmation email. Obviously they mean absolutely nothing. Did they refund your money?
