Suddenlinks Complaint - Poor customer service

KINGWOOD, TEXAS -- I've had 3 poor services with sudden-links. 1 instillation this guy came out made a major mess of wall sockets left the cords hanging out and proceeded to lie stating he'd be back to finish. I had to make several more calls and 2 appointments later to get my service installed. 2 going directly to suddenlinks I've meet the rudest and poorly trained staff to date. Even going to the supposed supervisor was a major waste of time. 3 I've been overcharged pointed it out and still got a blank look saying well I signed for a particular service even explaining with the bill in hand after 1 hour it dawned on the customer service representative and sup that yes I was grossly being overcharged. Still waiting on that credit 4 weeks later.

Suddenlinks has other complaints on the web similar to yours. Try giving the Texas Consumer Protection Division a call at 800-621-0508 and see if they can help you pursue this matter.
