Southwest Airlines Compliment - More than fair when I cancelled non-refundable tickets!
When I had a medical emergency, Southwest customer service treated me more than fairly, above and beyond my expectations, on non-refundable tickets! And they were prompt about it.
Southwest really gets it. They are a company that still treat their employees well and give great customer service at decent prices (check-in is getting better as well). Every flight is an experience. Recently a talented flight attendant sang to us while landing. Employees smile and are cheerful.
I LOVE Southwest and they are my 1st choice for flying these days.
