Tipton Linen Complaint - Watch your towel count and charges!!!

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO -- It's truly sad when cannot trust a company to uphold their contracts.
Tipton Linens delivered towels to my fitness club for about 6 months. I noticed that we were running out of towels quicker and quicker each time. Then, when I took the time to count the towels I realized we were being shorted, in addition to being over charged. Originally the contract stated we would be charged 50¢ for each towel, somehow these charges were elevated to nearly $1 per towel!
I contacted the company several times to request a refund and correction. They neglected to even offer a response, other than "we will check into it".
Ultimately I rejected the delivery man and his towels.
I think they finally got the hint. My company would never cheat anyone—sadly this is not true of all companies.
