Priceline.com Complaint - Charges for flight not purchased
I bid on a flight to Boise on 12/7. I did not receive any confirmation or information at all on my bid. I logged onto Priceline; under my bids a red X appeared next to the flight. So I bid on another flight this one to Denver on the same day. Imagine my surprise when the day prior to my flight I received an email from Priceline about BOTH flights. I logged onto Priceline and the red X still appeared next to the Boise flight. I checked on my credit card and sure enough, both charges were there. I contacted the company, they said that I was contacted about the flight. I checked my junk mail and deleted messages, no Priceline messages. I have contaced my credit card company, but I don't know how this is going to turn out. I do know that I don't have $400 to throw away. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!
