Haier Complaint - Tired Of Being Jerked Around - Window A/C

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I am a 53 year old disabled man who bought a window a/c from Universal appliance and kitchen center FOR $613.50 on 7-23-10 within two weeks my a/c went out. I called Haier the manufacture they sent out a service tech two times within 1 week..Haier told me that the a/c unit was defective and THEY WILL NO LONGER BE MAKING THIS UNIT and asked me would I like all my money back, and I said yes...well it is now 1-5-11 and still NO MONEY I was promised by Haier that I would have my money no later than 30days. Every time I call Haier they keep putting me off saying the person I need to talk to is in a meeting or not there and will not let me even talk to a supervisor..In Haiers owner manual that comes with the a/c unit says to call Haier DO NOT CALL OR RETURN A/C TO THE STORE WHERE PURCHESED..I did everything they asked me to do and still NOTHING.....HELP PLEASE
