Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Complaint - Samsung Cell Phone Repair
I need some assistance from fellow M3Cers: I sent my Samsung cell phone (Verizon) in for warranty work, as the charger port stopped working. I have read numerous complaints about Samsung denying warranty repairs due to moisture, corrosion, etc., which is exactly what they did to me. This phone has never been subject to any environment where moisture was an issue. In fact, in the majority of cases of moisture and/or corrosion, the battery department will show signs (rust, discoloration, etc.), and there was nothing to indicate this. I am obviously very furious with Samsung, and will do everything in my power to never purchase another of their products, as they don't care. I need to know if there is anyone else I can file a complaint with that may get some notice, other than this forum (Verizon, FCC, FTC, etc.).
Any assistance and information will be greatly appreciated, and I warn everyone to be careful about purchasing Samsung products, especially cell phones.
