Sabana Windows Compliment - Worth the price, beautiful doors, good service

Last year and thanks to the recession, we bought a large new home in FL at a large discount, it was a bargain and we use the leftover money from our initial purchasing budget to remodel the house, including buying a large mahogany exterior door. We found a great contractor who recommended Sabana's products. We were not disappointed. Though the design of the door took longer than we thought, once we settled on a design it was all pretty much straightforward. The door and its components was delivered a few days before the due date and it was very beautiful. Sabana's people did a great job with the post-delivery service, as the door to our horror got scratched during installation, but Sabana quickly sent a skillful carpenter that fixed the problem. You cannot tell now that their used to be a nasty scratch in the panel. We also purchased the accompanying hardware from Sabana (all hand-made) and it looks and works perfectly. One of the receiving plates, for the surfacebolts, mysteriously disappeared, this was during installation and was nowehere to be found. But Sabana replace it basically at no cost, we covered only their gas expense and paid the extra hour for the installer. Overall a very satisfactory experience, we delight on our new home and its beautiful mahogany entrance.
