Dish Network Complaint - The service and cancellation was HORRIBLE!
I have had Dish Network for about 6 months now on a 2 year agreement. I was told when I signed up that I would get 2 TV's to run off one HD box. Well that was wrong. Both TV's work off one but the second is not HD. I called to get this fixed and they wanted me to pay another installation fee of $50 and another $10 a month. They said we will send someone out to see if they can fix it for another $15. The dish which the salesmen said was much better and only in major snowstorms might not work cut out in little rainsrtorms and some nights when we just got an inch of snow. When I cancelled they told me there was a cancelleation fee of $250 and I was going to have to climb on my roof and take down the sensor along with boxing all the other equipment up! UNBELIEVABLE! Then I have to pay a shipping charge of $15 to send it back. DON'T GET DISH
