Vegas.com Complaint - False Promises
I purchased tickets for the Terry Fator show at the Mirage in October for the Christmas Day show. I purchased the most expensive tickets which according to Vegas.com were center section and the first few rows. No promise of which seats other than the area. Also with the ticket purchase I was told I would receive a discount card within a few weeks of purchase, I also received an email stating that I would receive the discount card no less than two weeks prior to ticket date. Needless to say the discount never arrived, the actual seats I got for the show were on the far edge of the auditorium and half way up. I contacted Vegas.com twice by email and once over the phone regarding the false promises and never got a response.
This is a VERY VERY poorly customer oriented company. Too bad the City of Las Vegas allows them to continue to screw their tourists.
