Ashley Furniture Complaint - Ashley Furniture Is Blowing Off My 6 Month Old Furniture That Is Shot!!!
SHAKOPEE, MINNESOTA -- My new sofa and recliner were shot after 6 months and it took 2 months to get a response from Ashley. The love seat had not been sat in but maybe 5 times by guests, so that still felt and looked ok. They sent a man out to look at it. 3 weeks later I receive 3 very large (washing machine size) packages by UPS. Yup, Ahsley sent me new stuffing for my new furniture. The repair man came back out and was surprised that they did just the opposite of what he recommended. He tore apart my furniture and put in the new stuffing. 2 days later the furniture is sagging again and the fabric is starting to come loose where the repair man tore it off the frame. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back from the "manager" with nor luck...just called and left him another message. I have told people at work about my Ashley furniture experience and most everyone told me they too had the same horrible experience.
So now what? Do you sue them for not standing behind the product they sell?
