Why is it that every stay at Marriott which claims 10 points for every dollar spend on a recent stay in Maui I spend 914.00 and only got credit for 216.00 called hotel and said Spa is not included on site restaurant is ownd by JOE BLOW so thats not included and sorry we made a mistake to not credit you for the room service the waiter was having a bad day what a joke this program is
