Sprint Complaint - Poor Service no follow up
I have been experiencing issues with text messaging. The issues vary from not receiving texts, to receiving them in duplicate, triplicate, or even six repeat texts and not being able to send texts successfully. This issue has affected my reputation both at work and in my personal life. I have called Sprint to have them continually ask me to remove my battery, refresh my phone, and do this daily placing the accountability on myself to fix this issue. I have emailed the company to receive generic emails Care #20101230121258943 signed by different individuals each and every time for over a month. I have received a token $20 credit and call us if you have any more problems email. I have filed a complaint with the FCC Complaint # 10C00267433 and still no reply or resolution. I will now fill out this review and continue until I have been accommodated for this abuse.
