Grand Furniture Gallery Complaint - Still waiting
On September 26 I purchased 7 additional dining room chairs from this company. I paid in advance by check...which they required. I was contacted by email on one occasion as they could not order an odd number of chairs. I sent an additional check to cover one additional chair. Since then, I have not received my chairs, nor will the company respond to my emails or voice mail messages to give me an update on my order. No one ever answers the phone....I am beginning to wonder if they are still in business. Anyone know???
