Sprint Complaint - Double talk and lies
Be careful and record all conversations that you have with Sprint when you call to complain. When you call to cancel and they tell you that your current bill is that last bill you will receive and once it is paid off you will receive no futher bills from Sprint. But two months later when they send you a bill stating that you owe for termination of the account, they don't remember that they said you will have no furter payments. And since they don't keep records of past calls, your screwed into a bill that they said you would not get when you terminated the account. Stay away from Sprint, they are all that is wrong with America. no wonder that other countries talk crap and hate America when we sit here and let our own people treat us like crap, and just smile it off.
