DirecTV Inc Informative - Bad Service All Around
I had to buy 2 new TVs for my house. After I brought home and connected the picture was not clear. I found out that my signal was not HD. I called for an upgrade to my satellite receiver boxes and direct TV told me is going to cost me about $400.00 each to receive HD signal. Had no choice but to discontinue my service and I am glad I did.
After I disconnected they called me no kidding 7 times to offer me receivers for free! I received a statement at home stating my credit of $69.00 that I have not seen yet since November 17th, 2010. I decided to call and ask. Now my credit is $43.00 contradicting the statement I have in writing. They will rip you off at the end. I used their services for almost 5 years and I am glad I switched to a better cable company. Customer service is clueless.
