Complaint - (sells used items)

I order one pair and they were in good shape so I ordered another. The 2nd pair left boot not sewn or even glued at the small toe area and around to the arch.

I sent email asking for a exchange informatio or if we should have it fixed locally and some money be credited to my credit card.

I received this email right away. "i am sorry about it, the shoes was used, then you can not return the shoes to exchange, but may be you can place a new order, then we give you some discount ."

I went to the website right away as I know I wouldn't have bought used boots. NO WHERE does it state they are used, seconds, returns or anything of that nature. So I sent another email asking nicely to follow their policy as it is listed on the website. This is the copy of my email to the company. I am sorry about that is not going to work. I just went back to your website NOTHING there indicates used or maybe seconds. So again I am asking you to stand behind what you are selling. Either replace, pay for the repair or let me exchange them. These were a gift and your website it states "We will do our best to satisfied customer and we are glad to solve customers' problem on purchasing.
You can rest assured that you are receiving genuine high quality merchandise.

I don't call high quality merchandise boots not sewn.
Please let me know what can be done with the defective pair of boots I received.
I emailed that back and she sent me another reply. "yes, you also can read, you can return the shoes within 48 hours after you got it"
After going back to FAQ I seen where it says returns within 48 hours what she forgot to include in her quote was the rest of the information.

"Bottom line we want you happy, return business is the highest compliment, and a referral is what we aim for. "

Defective is a good reason for a exchange. I now have seen many of the same defects from other shoppers. The internet needs to shut these companies down. I will be sending this company to my Internet provider with every complaint I can document.
Well I am very unhappy and they will not get my return business and all my referrals will be all over the internet.

The Internet was not designed to regulate businesses. Your Internet Service Provider does not process business complaints, either. Keep being persistent in your pursuit of a refund or a replacement with Uggkickse and, of course, continue to express your opinion so other consumers can be wary of this company.
