Kyocera Complaint - Kyocera - Kyocera Torino Cell Phone

I purchased a Kyocera Torino along with a Metro PCS cell phone plan on December 8, 2010 for my son and in the third week of having the phone when trying to call someone, the person on the other end could not hear my son and he couldn't hear the person on the other line. I went back to the store where I purchased the phone and the clerk told me he would order another phone. Within one week of each other two phones were sent to the store and each phone had the same problem.

I've never heard of this brand, but I'll take your advice and avoid it.
