Lowe's - Epping New Hampshire Complaint - Incompetent Service and Staff
EPPING, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- It is now January 10 and I still do not have a door installed in my home. I started this process in October with Lowes. They ordered the wrong door twice and cancelled scheduled installation 3 times. Not only did I rearrange my business schedule for the installations, I rearranged my schedule on a Sunday to be at home for the installer. Of course he calls and can't make it. Promises Monday (January 10th) will be taken care of. Monday rolls around and they tell me they ordered the wrong door and it will take another 21 days to get a new door. So now, we are looking at February 2011 to install a door that started in October 2010. They are incompetent make numerous mistakes.
