Sony Electronics Inc Complaint - Never Buy Sony!

I purchased a Sony Bravia a $2500.00 TV! Not even 2 years later it just turns off with no warning! When I spoke with some other people about it they said that's why they don't buy Sony and laughed! Me (not feeling like laughing) decided to contact Sony to get it fixed! I was told by the representative that he would not help me because by warranty was a few months out! I said that its your part that stopped working and I don't see why I should buy a TV that last a year before it dies! They said once again that they wouldn't help me! I said fine I want to file a complaint! I was then told that I couldn't! WOW! I can't complain! I said so this is how you help your customers! Your worth Millions and you won't even fix your own bad equipment? They said yet again that they wouldn't help me!

Just a side note! I had the exact same problem with a computer I have as well as my XBOX and both were Well out of warranty and yet both were fixed free of charge by the company because and I Quote "You shouldn't have to pay to fix our mess ups"! WOW Sony, see that's how a real company treats its customers!
