Toyota Financial Services Complaint - TFS: Wierd Place for customers - Automotive Loan

1. I financed my Lexus through TFS (Lexus Financials); they also deducted payments after I paid my loan off.
2. I financed my 2010 Prius from TFS. Its is impossible to get a representation on phone when you call the customer service. It needs your AC #, SSN and all of your personal data if you need to talk to a human otherwise it will disconnect you. Never again with Toyota Financials.

I'd find a good credit union the next time...or better still, save until you can pay cash for a car.
