Straight Talk Complaint - Amazingly RIDICULOUS

PORT ANGELES, WASHINGTON -- So, when I first heard about the straight talk plan, I of course thought it sounded Amazing.
In which case it would be; if everything about the company itself wasn't so foo'd off!
For one- The phones suck! All of them. You can't get games, you can't see if a message you sent was received, the memory issues are a joke... I could go on for days about this.
And the second, but by far most annoying. The customer call center. I don
t think there has been a single time that I've called and actually spoke with a person not only from our country. BUT 99% of the time they can barely speak English..
I mean really?"

It sounds like if you were upset about the phone not having games, these are probably phones for people who aren't really concerned about having those. These phones are really probably best for people who just use their phones for texting and calling and that's it.

Well, I for one have no interest in cameras, texting, games and so forth. All I want is a phone that can send and recieve phone calls. I only have the phone really for an emergency, as I am a diabetic, and am disabled.

Starlord> If you have a medical card stating that you're diabetic, you can always ask the local all-you-can-eat buffet for a discount...or at least that's the scuttlebutt around these parts:)

Thanks for the info, but am not out for a discount, I will pay a fair price for a good meal. I do appreciate the input, however.
