Frontier Communications Complaint - Bad Customer Service - No Knowledge of Product Information!!
I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. I have never experienced the worst customer service as I did tonight. All I wanted to do was check on lower rates for my phone service....one hour later, I still had no answer. I ended up speaking with two customer service representatives. The first, I finally had to hang up because her computer froze. The second representative's computer was fine until it came time to search for a lower rate. Then all of a sudden, her computer froze up! Both representatives told me rates that were at least $20 higher and both "forgot" that my bundle package expired. Neither representative knew much about ANY alternative package to help me. I wasted an hour of my time. Another thing that I find interesting is when you first call in, they make a point of mentioning that all their reps are based out of America. Now that I think about, I have had MUCH better service from those that aren't in America!! I do not recommend Frontier!
