Fli Pelican Complaint - Fli Pelican does not deliver the goods you pay for

ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Self proclaimed "hip hop" clothing designer. I ordered and paid for 3 items of clothing from Fli Pelican on October 8, 2010 as a Christmas gift for my son. After a month I contacted them by email, as they do not return phone calls, and was told that my order was shipping out that week (Nov 8, 2010). Starting on December 1st and as recently as today, (Jan 12, 2011) I have contacted them on a daily and weekly basis to find out where my order was. No answer. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Fli Pelican would not answer them either. No email response, no return phone calls. Today as a matter of fact my emails came back "Delivery to the following recipients failed."

DO NOT do any business with these people. They take your money and you get NOTHING!! No product NO money back. They are thieves!

Have you contacted your credit card company? At least dispute the charge with them so you can get your money back.
