T-Mobile Complaint - Horrible Service, Lying Representatives, Scamming Service People
SPRING, TEXAS -- I was a loyal T-mobile phone user for over 9 years, so when they started their mobile broadband internet service, I signed up...HUGE mistake... The service constantly dropped signal (still does to this day) and I reported it at least once a week and was told someone in engineering would research it and fix it. This went on for almost 8 months. Then all of a sudden, the 8th month my bill went from the standard monthly charge to almost $2,000.00! When I inquired about it, they said I was using too much bandwidth, even though nothing on my end had changed. We went round and round about that bill for 2 months and they refused to do anything else about it. Finally, when I was about to drop them all together, a representative said they'd drop the charges if I just signed up for the more expensive "no overages" plan. I did. (MISTAKE!!) Since that time, my bandwidth has been throttled to almost nothing and my signal drops 4-6 times a day until I reboot my router or computer.
They say there is nothing they can do, and I'm stuck with this 2 year contract, or paying the $2,000 that was removed if I signed up! ...and I STILL have the same problems I had since I signed up for the service!
