Air France Complaint - Air france? - Abomnible Farce!
Air France makes the bucket airlines look 5 star.
December 15th, en route to Sydney (from the UK) they left my luggage in CDG.
It wasn't lost, they notified Qantas it had been left behind & would arrive the next day.
I spent the following 8 days of my precious holiday emailing/tracking/calling - no response whatsoever.
Compensation? $100au initially rising to $600 overall. This wouldn't even buy my toiletries. I was devastated.
The point here is, we're all complaining about them but can't we actually DO something positive, force some changes?
The compensation level is laughable - but it's not a joke is it.
If they had to pay realistic compensation, say $500 a day & rising, perhaps they might try a little harder?
If I knew who to lobby about this, I'd be there like a rocket. They cannot be allowed to continue to abuse us so nonchalantly.
