Bommarito Cadillac-St Peters MO Complaint - Terrible Service Department and Customer Service
ST PETERS, MISSOURI -- I purchased an 2007 ESCALADE in 2010 w 38 k. It was my 2nd Cadillac within 18 months from Bommarito Cadillac. The 1st night I brought it home it would not start the next am. So I had to call roadside and get a jump. I should have gave them their car back but instead I gace it the benefit of doubt and have been taking it in for repair every month since. I recently called at 49108 w a battery issue and hard shift tranny. They were full, so they pushed it off a week. When I brought it in it had 50228 on odometer and needed a battery. I HAD TO PAY FOR IT!!! Since it rolled over 50k they said I was out of luck. Despite the fact that I called when it was under 50 and they MADE me wait a week before coming in. I WILL NEVER RETURN FOR ANOTHER PURCHASE AND WILL PERSUADE EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID BOMMARITO CADILLAC-ST PETERS MO!
