INDEPENDENCE/CLEVELAND, OHIO -- To those already in IT, you know that most training offered by your company used to be almost exclusively instructor based away from your work location, but done on company time and with the company furnishing all or most of the expenses. Well, times have indeed changed, now a days most training, and usually it is a required amount, is CBT ( compute Based Training ), and is expected to be done off hours as to not affect your regular work. So if you go in with this attitude and expect only minimal human help/intervention then TechSkills is for you, but if you need the one-on-one interaction with an instructor, then please save yourself the aggravation and money, and explore other schools. I am the only one at our campus pursuing the Oracle 10g, and thus have only minimal support from the instructors, but am about to finish, so as I said it really depends what you are willing to put into your training directly corresponds to what you will get out of it.
