Motorcycle superstore Complaint - Poor Service - Incomplete Delivery of Product

Snowmobile product was delivdered to me on 1/10/11. Components were missing. I called the merchant on 1/10 and explained I needed the eqt by the next weekend (1/15/11) for a planned trip - could they deliver the missing stuff? I was told I would receive the missing components by the weekend - via expedited shipping. I called each day during the week for a status and tracking number and I never received a tracking number as promised. I was told near the end of the week the order was send USPS - not expedited? HUH? Conflicted with what I was told during previous calls. In the end the product was not delivered when they said it would be.

"F" on customer satisfaction.
