21st Century Insurance Company Complaint - We got treated like the bad guys
My daughter and I was setting at a light, right before we were getting ready to take off. These nuts slammed into the back of us. Needless to say they left, they had a temp tag so, we couldn't get info. We had 3 cameras in the car, between iPod in my purse and 2 cell phones. We were in such shock, we didn't think about taking pictures, until after we got over the shock. We got care from the emergency room immediately and other care. my neck and back and my daughters neck, still hurts .
Well to make a long story short, when it's time to deal with our own insurance company, 21st Century's adjusters, it's insulting and very frustrating to deal with them .
I use to tell people good things about them. Now, that I have had to deal with them, due to no fault of my own. I will never deal with them again and our case still isn't settled .
