L'Oreal USA, Inc. Complaint - Never Ending Lipstick - Lipstick
Complaint
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I have a tube of your Loreal Endless lipstick in 200 rose.
I am unable to use this because it is so drying to my lips
that when I apply it, my lips end up chapped and peeling.
I don't have this problem with other brands. I have no choice
but to throw it away. I bought it because of your claim
that it lasts longer, but it's not worth the discomfort I
had to pay the price you require.

Return it to the store you purchased it from, with your receipt and tell them you are having a reaction to it, and would like a refund.
