Air Canada Complaint - I think it’s the worse airline ever.
I was a passenger on Air Canada on March 20th 2005 on flights 087 and 131. I returned home on April 2, 2005 flights 192 and 086.
First of all Air Canada aircraft are exceptionally dirty inside and out.
The old Boeing 767-300 have dark gray interiors for a good reason they appear to have never been cleaned since the aircraft had been delivered in the late 80s. The outside of the aircraft is no better with black oil/fuel stains on the fuselage and wings.
On flight 131 from Toronto to Vancouver we were pushed back from the gate and twice had returned. The right engine would not start.
. After our two hour late arrival only passengers with Asian connection were allowed off the aircraft first I never understood why .I had a tight connection to Portland on Air Canada Jazz, but that did not change anything.
On flight 192 Vancouver to Toronto April 2 once more two hour delay a fuel sensor problem. No one was allowed off the aircraft for two hours, but the doors were open to allow more passengers onboard until the aircraft was full. Flight 086 was hour and half late taking off from Toronto and my lost luggage arrive three days after I got home all wet from setting in the rain. I will not even go into what Air Canada calls meals.
