I have been taking Cholesterblock for 6 or more years. In the beginning, it dropped my cholesterol from 290 to 230 and it has remained between 220 and 230 since. I watch fat intake, eat lots of fruit and vegetables. My good cholesterol is so good that my doctor does not feel I need to go onto chemicals such as Lipitor or any of the other chemicals pharmaceutical companies are dispensing.
